Where do your products ship from?
Unlike a majority of our competitors, we ship all our products from our warehouse in Perth. This allows us to quality assure all our products and to ensure that you receive the highest level of quality.

Don Massimo Coffee ships worldwide from our warehouse in Perth.
What shipping methods do you offer and the cost?
Don Massimo Coffee offers two methods of shipping; standard and express domestically within Australia and Internationally.
For our shipping we have the following costs:
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Express Shipping: $5.00
- Standard Shipping: $10 or Free with Orders over $80
- Express Shipping: Variable (Please view at Check-Out)
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping and Express Shipping is completed through Australia Post.
Below are the estimated delivery times:
- Domestically: Please allow between 7 to 14 Business Days for Delivery
- Internationally: Please allow up to 30 Days for Delivery.
- Domestically: Please allow up to 3 Business Days for Delivery
- Internationally: Please allow up to 7 Business Days for Delivery
Please note that these are estimated time frames and due to COVID-19 there may be delays in orders arriving. These are outside of our control.
What are your Processing Times?
Don Massimo Coffee offers same day processing and shipping.
Place your order before 11am Perth time (Monday to Friday) and we will pack and send your item the same day (subject to courier pick ups). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day. We have regular courier pick ups and drop offs at Australia Post.
Can I Track My Order?
We include tracking information for every order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. Tracking information is generally generated once we have handed your order over for delivery and will be provided to you once inputed into the system.
My Order arrived damaged/was delivered?
Unfortunately these things do happen from time to time.
In the instance that your order was delivered by Australia Post, we do ask that you take it into an Australia Post store to be assessed by one of their staff and they will send a report to us to organise a new order to be facilitated (unfortunately Australia Post does not have a digital process for doing this).

I received an email saying that my item was out of stock?
Sometimes our products are out of stock due to high customer demand. In these instances we will provide you with a time frame on delivery and upgrade you automatically to express shipping to compensate you for the delay.
I ordered the wrong thing!
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix up your order.
If there is an issue/I have a question
If you haven't received your order or your order status is showing as delivered, please get in contact with us at email@example.com.
Local Delivery is available to customers within a 20km radius of the postcode 6065. When you select this option we will text message you when your order is ready for Local Delivery. The standard time frame is between 9am and 6pm (we will make every attempt to facilitate set times with customers however this may not always be possible).
If you ask us to leave your item unattended, you indemnify us from any liability associated with the loss or damage of the product therefore we recommend you work with us to find a suitable time.
As a courtesy, we can change the delivery location as long as it is within 20 kms of 6065.
Local Pick Up
Local Pick Up is available for customers in Western Australia and is available at our Perth City Market location. Please note that Local Pick Up is only available when this location is open between the following days and hours:
- Thursday: 10am - 4pm
- Friday: 10am - 9pm
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm
- Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Generally your order will be available within 24 hours however we will contact you by text message to inform you when your order is ready. Please do not visit this location to pick up your items until your have received this text message as it may not be available.
When arriving at this location you will need to present a copy of the order confirmation email that you received from us. Failure to provide that may result in us declining to provide you with the order (we do this for your benefit so don't take offence at this).
