Don Massimo Coffee offers On Demand Delivery as part of its service. This service is provided in conjunction with a variety of different delivery partners that provide us with the facility to offer this service.

When you place your order with us you are doing so through a third party channel and we share information with these platforms to provide you this service - this includes platforms that are branded Don Massimo Coffee.

All deliveries are fulfilled at our warehouse and provided to a delivery driver through a third party delivery app as mentioned above. Once your order leaves our fulfilment warehouse it is no longer under our control and generally we accept no liability for damaged goods - however we will always work with our customers to rectify any issues.

We ask you to please note a few details below about the On Demand Delivery service:

  • On Demand Delivery is provided to you during our opening hours. Outside of these hours you will be able to schedule an order delivery.
  • We are unable to provide returns through the On Demand Platform and can only provide them through Australia Post at this time.
  • If there is an issue with an order please contact us at info@donmassimocoffee.com.au.
