Pick Up/Delivery Policy

We offer customers the convenience of pick up and delivery of their orders. Please note the information below:

Pick Up

Please read the information below and understand our policy regarding pick up.

  • Orders are available for pick up during business trading hours which can be found on our website.
  • We do not offer after hours pick up.
  • Pick up is from the cafe at 130 Burswood Road Burswood WA 6100
  • We do not accept pick up of items from the warehouse at the rear
  • You will receive an email from us letting you know when your order is ready for pick up. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please contact us at info@donmassimocoffee.com.au
  • Please wait to receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick up as not all items are stocked in store.
  • We accept no responsibility if you attend the store and you have not received a notification that your order is ready for pick up
  • By selecting pick up as an option, you agree to pick up your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind (on products and on the pick up option). 
  • You may request to change your order from pick up to delivery however we will not be able to ship your order until you have paid the relevant delivery fee.
  • Our staff are happy to accomodate you but we do not guarantee we will be able to transport your order to your car. Please ensure that you or the person picking up the order is physically fit.
  • When attending the store please ensure you have your order number with you. Our staff may not be able to assist you without it.

 

Delivery

Please read the information below and understand our policy regarding delivery.

 

  • We offer local delivery to selected suburbs in the Perth Metro area. You will need to input your address on check out to see if you are eligible.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes - if you select this option we will not be able to process your order.
  • We aim to fulfil your order within two business days and you will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
  • All orders are marked as leave unattended at address. We hold no responsibility to the damage of your order when it left unattended including theft of order. If you require signature on delivery you will need to let us know in the order notes on checkout.
  • We will provide you a tracking number - once your order has left our warehouse we hold no responsibility over it. Should there be an issue with your order you agree that you will contact us and we will coordinate the replacement of your order with our courier. In rare circumstances we may advise you to contact the courier directly.
  • If your order is shipped to you but can't be delivered, the courier may attempt a redelivery. If they are unsuccessful they will store your order at their depot. At this time you will be responsible for the pick up of your order. If you require us to reship the item we may pass the cost along to you.
  • If you provide us incorrect or inaccurate information about your delivery address, we are no responsible for the order or any damages and you become responsible for this.
