Delivery Information

We can't all pick up in-store so here is some information regarding deliveries that we want you to be aware of so it's smooth sailing.

Note: We have previously had delays with shipping with are now resolved. Please note the information below about deliveries as further delays have been caused in the past.

How Delivery Works

Step 1 - Place Your Order Online

Place your order online through our website, making sure you select the relevant shipping option when you are completing your purchase. If you select 'Local Pick Up' we may not be able to change it for you.

Step 2 - Wait For Email Confirmation

Wait for an email confirmation from us that let's you know that your order is being shipped. Generally it may take up to two business days for your order to become ready for shipping.

Step 3 - Receive Your Delivery

If you live in the Perth Metro region, you should receive your order within 2 business days - outside of this region it may take slightly longer. Refer to our delivery timeframes.

Who Do You Use For Deliveries

PEP Transport

For all of our Western Australia based orders we utilise PEP Transport to facilitate deliveries. Whether you order one carton or a pallet, they provide all our courier services.

Note: please contact PEP Transport regarding deliveries, coming to us to find out the status once you have received a tracking number will delay things.

Current Delivery Timeframes

  • Perth Metro

    Please allow up to 2 business days from when you receive tracking information.

  • WA Regional

    Please allow up to 7 business days from when you receive tracking information.

  • Outside of WA

    Please allow up to 14 business dauys from when you receive tracking information.
