Where is your store located?

Our store is located at 130 Burswood Road Burswood WA 6100. There is parking at the rear of the property and plenty of street parking. Please be mindful of this when placing a pick up order. When picking up your order please come into the cafe and not the warehouse, staff at the warehouse are not able to assist you.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up in-store during our store trading hours listed below:

  • Monday: 6am - 2pm
  • Tuesday: 6am - 2pm
  • Wednesday: 6am - 2pm
  • Thursday: 6am - 2pm
  • Friday: 6am - 2pm
  • Saturday: 7am - 12pm

Please make sure you bring your pick up confirmation email with you - you'll receive one when your order is ready for collection.

What if I want a product delivered?

We can ship products to a range of locations in Australia. When placing an order, enter your address to see if we ship to that location. The locations we ship to are based on post codes and we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note that shipping is provided by a third party and we can only advise the delivery time frame based on information provided to us.

I just placed an order and want to pick it up now?

When placing an order for pick up you will need to wait until you receive an email advising you that your order is ready for pick up. Staff in the store may not be able to assist you and we ask you not to call the store unless 48 hours has passed since you have placed an order. If you require an order for pick up within 48 hours we ask that you send an email before placing an order as we don't provide refunds on pick up orders if you are unable to pick them up within 48 hours.

How do I know how much of a product I am receiving?

Each product description will give you an idea of how many items are in a carton. If you are confused let us know.

Why do you only sell in bulk?

We are predominately a wholesaler so we have always sold by the carton. By buying by the carton you save more money but at the same time you do end up with more product. We recommend that if the bulk amount is too much, chatting to your friends and family to see if they want some.

I am a wholesale customer, how do I sign up?

I want to order on demand delivery through your website, why are the prices higher?

When utilising the on-demand delivery platform, we need to factor in other costs associated including but not limited to commissions payable to the delivery partner and technology costs. The average commission payable through these sites is between 20% and 35% - thats why you'll find the costs to be higher than in-store prices. When you purchase an item on our website for pick up, it is cheaper than on demand delivery - the only difference is that we guarantee that with on demand delivery you'll receive your item within 2 hours therefore you are paying for a convenience.

I didn't like the product I received, I want a refund!

Under Australian Consumer Law, there are certain circumstances where we need to provide refunds to customers. We will always guarantee that we will enforce your consumer rights on all purchases. In certain circumstances where your return and refund would fall into the category of change of mind, such returns and refunds will be at our discretion.
