Pick Up In-Store

Picking up in-store is a great way for you to save money and get out of the house every now and again.

Read the information below so you understand how Pick Up In-Store works with us!

Note: We are transitioning pick up orders over to our Innaloo store to better facilitate seven day pick ups. Take note of where the pick up location is when placing an order.

How Local Pick Up Works

Step 1- Place Your Order Online

Place your order online through our website, making sure you select 'Local Pickup' when you are completing your purchase. If you select delivery we may not be able to change it for you.

Step 2 - Wait For Email Confirmation

Wait for an email confirmation from us that let's you know that your order is ready for pick up in-store. Generally it may take up to three business days for your order to become ready.

Step 3 - Pick Up In-Store

Once you have received your email, come down at your convenience to pick up your order in-store. Make sure you have your order number with you to assist!

A Few Things To Remember

  • Remember Your Order Number

    You'll receive an order number with your order, make sure you have it handy when you pick up otherwise it does cause delays.

  • If You're Not Picking Up, Let Us Know

    If you can't pick up for an extended period of time, let us know so we can keep your order reserved and it doesn't get missed.

  • Be Mindful Of Our Trading Hours

    Be mindful of the trading hours of the store you are picking up from. If you come outside of these hours we won't be able to assist you.

  • Be Able To Pick Up Your Order In Store

    If you are placing a pick up order, make sure you are able to transport it to your car as our staff won't be able to assist you.

  • Be Respectful To Our Staff At All Times

    We ask the you are respectful to our staff at all times when picking up your order. Rude or agressive behaviour is not tolerated.

  • Wait Until You Have A Pick Up Confirmation

    Please don't come into the store until you receive an order confirmation email. We don't want you to be disappointed.

Remember Your 20% Off

Everytime you place a pick up order, you get 20% off food and drinks in-store - so why not place a pick up order and grab breakfast or lunch whilst you're at it!

Pick Up is subject to availability and may be temporarily removed at any time with or without notice. We reserve the right to refuse a pick up order at any time. When picking up your order we may ask you for some extra details to make sure we are giving the order to right person including the full name, email address, billing address, payment method used or any other detail we need in order to facilitate a pick up. If you are getting someone else to pick up your order you need to let us know when placing your order and that person should be able to provide the relevant details on pick up.If you don't bring the necessary information or are unable to provide them, we may refuse your pick up. If you select pick up and then request a delivery we may charge you a fee. Inability to pick up an order is not grounds for a refund.
