We Have Closed Our Wholesale and Online Business
We have made the decision to close our wholesale business and online store. This means we will not be proessing any new orders or any pending orders at this time.
In the coming weeks we will be in contact with customers regarding the process on how to obtain a refund. Please note that our cafes remain open as they are separate businesses and will be unable to assist you with any online or wholesale orders. Staff in-store will be unable to assist you with any orders or refunds. We ask you not to come into store and make these requests as there will be no outcome.
Should you have any questions please send an email to info@donmassimocoffee.com.au and we will answer your emails once we have our restructuring process underway. During this time we will not be able to call customers individually and email will be the only place for contact. If you have been provided a contact number in the past, these numbers will not be able to assist you with your enquiry.
Once we have commenced our restructuring process we will post on our website all relevant information regarding obtaining a refund or any other relevant information.
