Where do your products ship from?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse here in Perth - unlike our competitors we don't drop ship or go through a distributor to do our shipping, we hold physical inventory which means we quality check our products before we send them out so when we send you an order, we are sending it from our warehouse to you.


How much does shipping cost?

We know how much our customers dislike shipping costs, it's a pain for everyone and Don Massimo agrees.

Therefore when you select Standard Shipping at checkout, you’ll never pay for shipping again! That’s right – Standard Shipping is now $0 in Australia and around the world!

That is one way that Don Massimo Coffee shows loyalty to its customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we sure do!

We ship to all parts of the world, and there is no additional cost for international shipping either!

We do not charge taxes on our products, however you will be responsible for any import duties or customs that your country may apply to your order. Items will be shipped from our Australian warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping is completed through our Shipping Partner Sendle who ship to the following locations:

  • Australia: 5 - 7 business days
  • Europe:  7-20 business days. 
  • North America:  12-20 business days. 
  • Asia: 5-10 business days  
  • Rest of world: 7-20 business days.

 

What are your processing times?

We aim to have your product shipped by the next business day but sometimes there may be a delay of an additional day due to the volume of orders we receive. Therefore standard processing times are 1 - 2 business days.

Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We include tracking information for every order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see anything after 5 days please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?
- Australia, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands:  7-20 business days. 
- USA & Canada:  12-20 business days. 
- Singapore: 5-10 business days  
- Rest of world: 7-20 business days.

Processing time: most items will ship within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm EST will be processed the following Monday.

If you place an order using PayPal echeck, your order will be shipped out after the payment clears.

I ordered multiple items and only received one!
Since we source our products from different suppliers, you will most likely be receiving separate packages for each product! Hang in there and it should arrive soon!

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we accept all major credit cards through Shopify Pay, as well as PayPal for your convenience.
